In Spring 2014 another experience exchange workshop for co-workers of SOS Children’s Villages took place in Innsbruck, Austria. This time 18 experienced co-workers from 14 countries came together. The overall goal of Harvesting is to discover what works well in our daily activities, what gives strength to SOS co-workers and what we can build on within SOS Children’s Villages.
